2. Information in the website tools
The assistance-request and SMS-choice tools currently work only in your browser. Entries are used to validate fields and display an overview. They are not transmitted to HHNL LLC, submitted to a provider, stored in a company database, or written by this website to cookies, local storage, or session storage. The tools do not accept file uploads. Browser autofill or history features are controlled by your browser; use Clear form or Clear choice before leaving a shared device.
3. Information you choose to send
If you separately email matthew@hhnlcompany.com, HHNL LLC receives the information you include, such as your name, email address, question, and correspondence. This happens through your email service and the company’s email service, outside the local form. Include only what is necessary for the inquiry. Please do not send government identification numbers, payment-card or bank details, medical records, or confidential case documents through the website or an initial email.
4. Why information is used
Information you choose to send to the company may be used to read and respond to your inquiry, explain website resources, address privacy or technical questions, maintain necessary correspondence records, and protect the contact channel from misuse. 5. Mobile information and SMS consent
The planned HNL Legal Aid Updates program is voluntary and is currently closed to enrollment. No phone numbers, consent records, opt-outs, or subscriptions are collected by this website. When a real enrollment channel is made available, it must separately capture affirmative consent for the stated program. The company’s record for an active program would include the submitted number, consent wording and source, consent date, and messaging or opt-out history needed to administer that program. Updated collection details will be provided before that channel is used.
Mobile information and text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary messaging service providers may process this information solely to operate the program on the company’s behalf, subject to appropriate limits. It is not shared as marketing leads. Consent applies to the identified sender and stated informational program.
7. Cookies, hosting, and external links
This website includes no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, embedded maps, third-party fonts, or tracking cookies. Opening the downloaded files does not contact a website host. If these same pages are made available online, a hosting service may receive routine connection information such as an IP address, browser information, and request time to deliver and secure the pages. No analytics profile is created by the code in this website. Clicking an external link or email link opens a separate service whose practices are governed by its own policy.
8. Retention and security
The website does not retain the entries in its local review tools. We retain information separately sent to the company only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, maintain necessary records, meet applicable obligations, or resolve a dispute. We delete or de-identify it when no longer needed and limit access to those with a relevant business need. No email system or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
9. Your choices
You can use the website without completing a form. Clear your entries at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent directly to HHNL LLC by emailing matthew@hhnlcompany.com; requests are handled subject to applicable requirements, identity verification where needed, and legitimate retention obligations. If the SMS program becomes active, reply STOP to its sending number to opt out or HELP for assistance. Enrollment is currently unavailable, and this website cannot process those commands. SMS consent is not required to use non-SMS information or contact options.
10. Children and changes
These tools are intended for adults seeking general information and are not designed to collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to the company, contact us to request review and removal. Before material changes to collection or messaging functions take effect, we will update this policy and provide any needed notice or consent choice. The update date above identifies this version.
